Shallen Zhou has trained in soft and deep tissue relaxation, trigger point therapy, GTO , sports rehabilitation myofascial, and connective tissue release. With this diversity of training Shallen Zhou can provided effective massage therapy to help her patients in their path to better wellness. She is able to ensure every client receives a massage that is customized to their specific needs so they are able to get back to normal function as effective as possible.
